I have made this cake a few times already and everybody loved it! The secret for this cake is that it uses a whole orange (skin and all). If you prefer, you can replace the raisins by dates.

I'm allergic to oranges, so I substituted lemon zest and juice instead. The cake turned out great! The lemon flavor was bright and refreshing, and the cake was still very moist and flavorful.

This cake is a good starting point, but it needs some tweaking. I added more orange zest and juice to the batter, and I used a different type of glaze. The result was a much more flavorful and moist cake.

This cake is way too sweet for my taste. I had to cut the amount of sugar in half, and it was still too sweet. I also found the orange flavor to be artificial.

I was disappointed with this cake. The flavor was bland and the texture was dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I'm not usually a fan of orange-flavored desserts, but this cake changed my mind. The orange flavor is subtle and not overpowering, and the cake itself is incredibly moist and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this cake again.
