Steps:
- 1. Hear oven to 350. Prepare 9X13 pan with n0nstick cooking spray.
- 2. In a large mixing bowel, combine brown sugar, margarine honey and egg white. Beat till well blended.
- 3. Sift Flour, cinnamon and Baking powder together and add to mixture. Stir well.
- 4. Stir in oats, cereal, raisins and sun flower seed. mix well.
- 5. Press firmly into prepared 9X13 pan.
- 6. Bake at 350 for 14-18 min or till eggs are light golden brown and center appears set.
- 7. Cool completely, Cut into bars (36). I individually wrap mine for a grab on the go bar, or you can store in tightly covered container.
- 8. Makes 36 bars, 90 calories, 2 grams fat and 0mg cholesterol
