WILD RICE/SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 ounces Long-grain Rice, cooked
1 pound Pork Sausage
1 pound Beef Sausage
1 Onion, large chopped
8 ounces Mushrooms, drained
8 ounces Water Chestnuts, sliced and drained
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Steps:

  • Cook pork & beef sausages. Add onion and cook until done. Add cooked rice to mixture. Add all other ingredients and chill overnight. Bake at 325 for about 50 minutes.
