1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1-2 Lemons
sea salt and cracked pepper
1/2 pound spinach or butter lettuce
1/2 C crumbled feta

Steps:

  • 1. Wash and toss the greens into a bowl. Squeeze the lemons directly over them, add the oil, salt and pepper. Toss the salad to mix. 2. Sprinkle the feta on top.
