Yogurt-Tartar Sauce image

This lighter take on traditional tartar sauce is a natural sauce option for Salmon Burgers.

1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped cornichons
1 tablespoon chopped capers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Pinch cayenne
Coarse salt
