Yummy Dessert the Kids Can Make Themselves! image

Here is a 'recipe' for a quick & yummy dessert that kids from the age of 5 can make by themselves. You can use any combination of yogurt / custard & fruit, below are my sons favourites.

1/2 cup of sliced mango
1/2 cup peach yogurt
whipped cream (the squirty can type!)
candy sprinkles or chocolate shavings
1 chocolate cupcake (or mini chocolate muffin)
1/2 cup sliced kiwi
1/2 cup wholegrain strawberry yogurt (Onken)
whipped cream (the squirty can type!)
chocolate shavings
1/2 cup tinned peach
1/2 cup fat-free apricot yogurt
whipped cream (the squirty can type!)
candy sprinkles or chocolate shavings
1/2 cup sliced banana
1/2 cup custard
whipped cream (the squirty can type!)
candy sprinkles or chocolate shavings

Steps:

  • Arrange the ingrediets in a glass (plastic or a bowl for younger kids) in the order they appear above. ie: fruit - topping - decoration.
