This is a great breakfast alternative if you don't eat wheat, but want healthy and sweet!

1 apple - peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup blueberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg, or to taste

Steps:

  • Toss apple slices with maple syrup in a bowl.
  • Place yogurt in a bowl. Top yogurt with apple mixture, blueberries, and almonds; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
