I've tried many artichoke dip recipes, but this one is my favorite. It's the perfect balance of creamy, cheesy, and spicy.

This dip was a little too runny for my taste. I would add more cheese next time.

This dip is a little too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend using less Cajun seasoning if you don't like spicy food.
