Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Place first five ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until broccoli is crisp-tender, 5 minutes. Drain. Toss with pepper flakes.
