Zippy Tuna Melts image

My girlfriend lives on tuna fish for lunch! lol I know her 40 years, and that is literally all she eats. She came over yesterday, and I surprised her with this sandwich. It was so flavorful, and delicious. I hope you give it a try. My photos and recipe.

I added some chopped celery and onion to the tuna salad and it was delicious. I also used a different type of cheese, but it still turned out great.
