Steps:
- 1. Cook zucchini in a small amount of boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
- 2. Combine the zucchini and the remaining ingredients; stir well.
- 3. Pour the zucchini mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the zucchini mixture is set and the top is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
