Steps:
- 1. Place beef, garlic powder and onion in a 2 -quart casserole. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes Drain any fat.
- 2. Add zucchini, rice, cottage cheese, soup and salt. Mix well Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheeses over the top. Cover Microwave 8 minutes until bubbly. This also reheats nicely.
- 3. NOTE: If desired you can bake in regular oven at 350^ for 30-35 minutes.
