Another great way to use up some of that delicious zucchini in your garden. This is a recipe I created a long time ago, that the family has always enjoyed. I hope you enjoy it too. Its also great with some browned sausage. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a Dutch oven, cover zucchini slices with water and bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain well.
- 2. In a small skillet, brown bacon with onions and garlic.
- 3. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a large bowl, add drained zucchini, sauce, seasoning, bacon mixture, bread cubes, cheddar cheese, carefully toss until blended. Spread into a medium, greased casserole dish. Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- 4. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
