1950's Meatloaf image

This is my sister-in-law's recipe for meatloaf. She shared with me for a family cookbook. It is sweet so you might want to cut back some on the brown sugar, I only use about 3/4 cup. Hope you enjoy it

This meatloaf was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I'm a big fan of meatloaf, and this recipe is one of my favorites. It's easy to make, and it always turns out delicious. I love the way the ketchup and brown sugar glaze caramelizes on top.

This meatloaf was a disappointment. It was dry and bland, and the glaze didn't do much to improve it. I won't be making this recipe again.

This meatloaf was a little dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some more moisture next time, maybe some chopped vegetables or a can of tomato soup.
