I'm not a big fan of rosemary, so I used thyme instead. It was still delicious.

The sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but I was able to adjust it by adding a little bit of water.

I substituted brown rice for white rice and it turned out great. This dish is very versatile.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some roasted chicken in the fridge and it worked perfectly in this dish.

The rosemary flavor was a bit too strong for me, but overall it was a good dish.

This chicken and rice dish is a winner! The garlic and rosemary flavors are perfectly balanced, and the chicken is cooked to perfection. I served it with a side of steamed broccoli and it was a hit with the whole family.
