These bars are a great way to use up leftover pie crust. I always have a few extra sheets in my freezer, so I'm always looking for new ways to use them up.

I'm not a huge fan of pecan pie, but I really enjoyed these bars. The crust is flaky and the filling is rich and gooey, but not too sweet.

Overall, I thought these bars were pretty good. They're easy to make and they taste good, but they're not the best pecan pie bars I've ever had.

I had some trouble getting the crust to brown. I think I'll try baking it for a few minutes longer next time.

These bars are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
