Steps:
- carefully cut the avocados in half, remove but do not discard the pits. remove the meat from the avocado and place into a large bowl. Chop the cilantro, jalapeno (the shinier they are, the hotter they are), and garlic until very fine. Dice the tomato. squeeze the juice from the lime into the the bowl, add all ingredients and mash with a potato masher to desired consistency. Fold in the avocado pits (This will slow down the browning process)Let sit, covered, for at least 2 hours.
