I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cookies turned out flat and dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

I love these cookies! They're so easy to make and they always turn out perfectly. I like to add a little extra cinnamon to the dough for a more intense flavor.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of honey next time.

I'm allergic to almonds, so I used chopped walnuts instead. They turned out great! The cookies are still soft and chewy, with a delicious apple spice flavor.

Meh. These cookies were just okay. They're a bit too dry for my taste. I think I'll stick to my regular chocolate chip cookie recipe.
