ALASKA SALMON BAKE WITH PECAN CRUNCH COATING image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 Tbs Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbs melted butter
4 tsp honey
1/4 Cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tsp chopped parsley
4 (4-6 oz) Alaska Salmon fillets
salt and black pepper
lemon wedges

Steps:

  • Mix together mustad, butter and honey in a small bowl, set aside. Mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in a small bowl, set aside. Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet or broiling pan. Brush each fillet or stead with mustard-honey mixture. Pat top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture. bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
