Beat well. Stir in vanilla and amaretto. Fold in chocolate mixture, then mix in almonds and cocoa powder. Fold in mini-chips. Divide among mini-muffin cups. Bake 15-18 minutes. [email protected]These almond mocha mini muffins were a bit dry for my taste. I think I might have overbaked them. However, the flavor was still good. I'll try again and see if I can get them to turn out better next time.

[email protected]These almond mocha mini muffins were a delightful treat! The combination of almond and chocolate flavors was perfect, and the muffins were moist and fluffy. I especially enjoyed the crunchy streusel topping. I will definitely be making these again!
