- Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Create 6 - 8 oz patties. Grill on charcoal or gas grill until done. Approx 20 mins one side and 8 mins on other side. Grill pineapple halves and top burgers. Optionally, add Cheddar Cheese slice on top
