Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lb bologna ( i use eckridge all beef ) minced fine in food processor
4 Tbsp dill pickle chopped, or relish
med onion, chopped small
1 c mayo or till your preferred consistency
2 Tbsp ranch dressing
1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 - 2 tsp sugar ( optional ) this helps balance out the saltiness of the bologna
pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. I process bologna in food processor till pretty fine.
  • 2. Place in large bowl; adding all other ingredients. Stirring till well blended. I don't measure mayo, I go by the thickness we prefer.
  • 3. Refrigerate overnight, it is so much better after the flavors have time to mingle. Serve on bread or even crackers. Enjoy!

This recipe is missing some key ingredients. It doesn't say how much ham or pineapple to use.

I'm allergic to pineapple. Is there a substitute I can use?

This is a great recipe for using up leftover ham. It's also a very versatile dish - you can use it as a spread, dip, or even a filling for deviled eggs.
