APPLE TARTAR SAUCE Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 C mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp capers
1 lg.dill pickle,finely diced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp sugar
salt and white pepper,to taste
1 small Jonagold apple,peeled,cored,and finely diced

Steps:

  • To make the sauce,combine all ingredients and chill for 1-2 hours to allow flavours to meld.
