APPLE-YAM CASSEROLE image

Another good recipe from my local grocer. You won't be disappointed!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) 21 oz. apple pie filling
2 can(s) 29 oz. each drained whole sweet potatoes
4 Tbsp butter
ground nutmeg, to taste
chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325^. Combine apple pie filling and sweet potatoes; mash together until combined. Transfer to a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Dot with butter.
  • 2. Top with nutmeg and walnuts. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
