Steps:
- Combine biscuit mix, ¼ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
- Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil. Mix until moistened.
- Fill greased 2" muffin pans two-thirds full.
- Bake in 400 degree oven 12 minutes or until done. Cool slightly; remove.
- Dip tops in melted butter (or margarine), then in ¼ cup sugar mixed with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon. Makes 12 to 18 puffs.
