- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, except orange extract. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered, 20 minutes.
- Remove and discard cinnamon stick.
- Stir in orange extract.
- Serve hot or cold.
