ARTICHOKE HEARTS AU GRATIN image

1 9 ouce box frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1/2 cup c3erry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
1 slice whole-wheat bread, made into crumbs
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the broiler. Cook the artichoke hearts according to package directions. Drain well and combine with the tomatoes in a large au gratin dish or other shallow, flameproof dish. Sprinkle with the thyme, then the Swiss cheese. 2. Broil 4 inches from the heat until the cheese starts to melt, about 1 minute. Combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle evenly over the cheese. Broil until the bread crumbs are browned, about 1 minute.
