I am watching my weight and trying to be healthier and looking for recipes that are easy to make and just simple. This would go perfect with grilled chicken or fish, even steak or alone. I make a lot of grilled chicken! I know my family will enjoy this one, hope you will too!

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add a few extra ingredients to make it my own. I usually add some chopped garlic and Parmesan cheese to the asparagus before roasting.

The asparagus was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less salt next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and my asparagus turned out soggy. I think I might have roasted it for too long.
