Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 c sour cream
2 c cool whip, thawed
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c sugar
CRUST
1 1/2 c crushed gragam crackers
3 Tbsp sugar
1/3 c melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a small bowl, mix together the crumbs and sugar. Add butter and stir thoroughly, making sure all crumbs are moistened. Place in 9 inch pie plate. I use a metal measuring cup to evenly press crumbs against sides of plate. Pat bottom of crust evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Can also use store bought crust, but homemade is always better!
  • 2. In a med bowl, whip cream cheese. Add sugar and thoroughly blend. Stir in sour cream and vanilla, incorporating well. Fold in the 2 cups of cool whip until completely incorporated.
  • 3. Spread into cooled crust. Top with favorite fruit and chill for at least a couple hours. Enjoy!

Overall, I really enjoyed this recipe. It's a great way to use up leftover cherries, and the pie is always a crowd-pleaser.

This pie is very easy to make, but it does take some time to chill. I recommend making it the day before you want to serve it.

I would have liked the pie to be a bit more tart, so I added some lemon juice to the filling. It turned out great!

I had some trouble finding graham cracker crumbs, but I was able to make my own using a food processor. The pie turned out great!

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think it would be perfect for someone who likes their desserts on the sweeter side.

I'm not a big fan of cherry pie, but this recipe changed my mind. The filling is so creamy and flavorful, and the crust is the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy.

This no-bake cherry cream pie was a hit at my last dinner party! The creamy filling was light and fluffy, and the graham cracker crust was the perfect complement. I'll definitely be making this again.
