I have had this recipe for years and it is quick to mix up and bake. Nice and moist.

Steps:
- 1. With mixer, cream together sugar, eggs, baby food and oil. Add flour and spices, mixing well. Then fold in pecans.
- 2. Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Just do the toothpick test at 40 minutes, and if its clean its done!
