Steps:
- Bring sugar and corn syrup to full rolling boil, then remove from heat. Immediately stir in peanut butter. Stir in cereal until well mixed. Pour mixture into buttered 9x13 in pan. Press firmly into pan. Immediately sprinkle warm mixture with chocolate chips and let stand 5 minutes or until chips are soft enough to spread and frost bars. Cut bars while warm, then chill.
