Don't make this without understanding that it may be more addictive than crack.

Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. The bacon caramel was tasty, but it wasn't anything special. I probably wouldn't make it again.

I had some trouble getting the caramel to the right consistency. It was either too thin or too thick. I finally got it right after a few tries, but it was a bit of a hassle.

This recipe is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar, or even omitting it altogether. The bacon caramel is still delicious without it.

I'm not a big fan of bacon, but I actually really enjoyed this recipe. The caramel is so smooth and creamy, and the bacon adds just a hint of smokiness. I would definitely make it again.
