Bacon Meatballs image

This delicious bacon meatball recipe has been making my family happy for years. Every time I make it, there are no leftovers.

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup dry bread crumbs
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 egg
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Roll into 20 evenly-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Cook meatballs in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes.
