Baileys Macadamia Nut Pie image

This is a scrumptious dessert. The macadamia nuts can be raw or dry-roasted, either will work. Be sure to watch the crust while baking - tent with foil if it browns too quickly.

The filling was a bit too runny for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little more cornstarch next time.

I had some trouble getting the crust to brown evenly. I think I needed to bake it for a few minutes longer.

I'm not a huge fan of macadamia nuts, but I still enjoyed this pie. The Baileys and chocolate flavors were so good that I didn't even miss the nuts.
