I always have part of a container of French's onion rings left after a holiday meal and decided to use it on chicken breasts. This recipe is about 2 WW points per serving, using the minimum amount of crushed onion rings.

Steps:
- 1. Dip chicken breast (or breast pieces) into beaten egg. Then press each piece into a plate of crushed onions. Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or chili powder for a little extra zip!
- 2. Spray oven-proof baking pan with pan spray. Bake chicken in 400ºF oven until no longer pink and juices run clear. About 20 minutes.
