[email protected]Great recipe! The potato rounds were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I added some chopped bacon and cheese to mine for an extra burst of flavor.

[email protected]Meh, not bad but not great either. The potatoes were a bit dry and bland. I think I'll stick to my usual mashed potato recipe.

[email protected]These baked potato rounds were an absolute hit! The crispy edges and fluffy interiors made them the perfect side dish. I loved that I could use simple ingredients I already had on hand. Definitely making these again soon!
