Baked Sweet Potato Fries image

I can never get enough of this baked sweet potato fries recipe! Even though my grocery store sells them in the frozen foods section, I still love to pull them out of my garden and chop them up fresh! -Amber Massey, Argyle, Texas

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Spread fries in a single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake until crisp, 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
