This recipe is a great way to use up leftover taco meat. I also like to add some chopped vegetables to the filling, such as bell peppers or onions.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used crumbled tofu instead of ground beef in this recipe. It turned out great! The tofu absorbed all the flavors of the spices and the sandwich was really delicious.

This recipe was a little too bland for my taste. I think next time I'll add some more spices or maybe some salsa to give it more flavor.

The sandwich was a little too spicy for my kids, but they still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use less chili powder or add some sour cream to cool it down a bit.
