Banana Nut Brownies image

These brownies can be whipped up in a flash and popped into the oven in no time. A good way to use up extra bananas.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 medium ripened bananas
2 large eggs
1/4 c vegetable oil
3 Tbsp water
1 box favorite brownie mix
1/2 c (or more) roughly chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9x9" pan.
  • 2. Mash bananas; stir in eggs, oil, and water until well blended. Stir in brownie mix by hand and beat 50 strokes, scraping bowl as you go.
  • 3. Pour batter in pan; sprinkle on chopped pecans. Bake for 30-33 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
