I'm not a big fan of basil, but I really enjoyed these muffins. The red pepper flavor is really strong, so it balances out the basil nicely.

I loved these muffins! They were so easy to make and they tasted amazing. I used sun-dried tomatoes instead of red peppers, and they were still delicious.
