Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325. Mix pecans, butter, 1 egg and cake mix, stirring til well blended; press into bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
- 2. Beat remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar at medium speed with mixer til smooth. Pour over cake mix layer.
- 3. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or til set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
