I'm not a big fan of BBQ sauce, but I actually really enjoyed these oysters. The smokiness of the sauce was a nice complement to the briny oysters.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. I think I would have preferred a more traditional oyster Rockefeller recipe.

These were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll try using less salami next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my oysters were really tough. I think I might have overcooked them.

I used bacon instead of salami and it was still really good. I think next time I'll try it with sausage.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The oysters were a bit bland and the BBQ sauce was too sweet for my taste.

Not a fan. The salami overpowered the delicate flavor of the oysters.

The oysters were a bit overcooked for my taste, but the BBQ sauce was delicious. I'll try again with a shorter cooking time.

This was a fun and unique way to prepare oysters. The BBQ sauce added a nice touch of flavor, but I think I would have preferred a more traditional mignonette sauce.

Easy to make and very tasty. I used applewood smoked salami and it gave the dish a great flavor.
