Fantastic marinade from a very old Taylor wine cookbook. We always had this for the 4th of July when I was growing up.

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Cut up about 3 pounds of beef or lamb into cubes and marinate overnight. You can also add peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. This will also work with a flank steak. Enjoy!
