BEEF NOODLE BAKE
I just adopted this unwanted, unclaimed recipe because it sounds so good and so easy. 06-21-14

Steps:
- 1. Place processed cheese spread, cubed, in a large skillet with meat. Brown then drain.
- 2. Add tomato sauce, onions and green bell peppers; mix well.
- 3. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Layer noodles, cheese and meat mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover.
- 5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- 6. Top with additional cheese, if desired.
- 7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
