Beefy Noodle Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 (15.25 ounce) can corn
2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt or season salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups dry elbow noodles (3 cups cooked)
2 cups cheese (use your favorite flavor)
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers (approximately 1 cup)
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350*F Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. In a large deep skillet, cook ground beef and onion until ground beef is cooked through and onions are translucent. Remove from heat. Add corn, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix well. Add salt, black pepper and paprika. Mix well. Add noodles and cheese and mix well. If your skillet is oven safe then leave it in your skillet. If not, then transfer to a 9x13 casserole dish. In a small bowl combine crushed crackers and butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake for 20 minutes until top is golden brown. Serve immediately.
