2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Malted Milk Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Eggs, separated
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 3/4 cups Milk

Steps:

  • Preheat greased Belgian waffle iron.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and malted milk powder.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
  • Add vanilla, vegetable oil, and milk.
  • Stir into flour mixture until smooth, but do not overbeat.
  • Fold gently into batter.
