Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325. Beat together oil, sugar and lemon rind. Add lemon juice, bananas, eggs and yogurt. In a separate container stir together all dry ingredients (except walnuts). Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overbeat. Gently fold in walnuts. Bake for 1 hour, or until tester inserted into center comes out clean.
