What a nifty change to a baked potato. And better than fries. You can even add your own seasonings too.

Steps:
- 1. Wash Potatoes. Cut potatoes thin almost all the way through as shown in picture.
- 2. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and/or butter over top. Sprinkle sea salt and/or pepper if desired or any other spice you desire over the top. Bake at 450 degrees or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
