Blackberry Purée image

1 16-ounce package frozen unsweetened blackberries, thawed
6 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Puree berries and sugar in processor. Strain through fine sieve; discard seeds. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.)
