Blackberry Soup image

From Cheney, Kansas, Julian Ann Hillman shared the recipe for this chilled soup that stars a bounty of berries. "I have several blackberry bushes, and they yielded an abundance of berries one year," she writes. "I came up with this recipe by adapting another fruit soup recipe I hand on hand."

This soup was delicious! I loved the combination of sweet and tart. The only problem was that it was a little too thick for my taste. I would add a little more liquid next time.

This soup was easy to make and turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add a little more sugar. It was a bit too tart for my taste.

I'm not a big fan of blackberries, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The soup was really good. It was sweet and tart, and the blackberries added a nice pop of color. I would definitely make this again.
